Product Condition Guide
Brand New (Factory Sealed)
This is the highest grade, indicating a brand-new item in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging. The product has never been used and is in perfect working order. It comes factory sealed with all original accessories included (exactly as you’d receive from a retail store). Buyers can expect an untouched item in mint condition.
New (Open Box)
This condition represents a like-new item with an opened box. The product itself is unused and fully functional, often a store display model or a customer return that was never actually put to use. It includes all original accessories, and you’ll find no signs of wear or use on the item.
Packaging: Comes with the original box/packaging, but it may be unsealed or slightly worn. In other words, the outer box was opened (or has minor handling marks), yet the contents remain new. This offers a near-mint product at a great value.
Like New (No Box)
This describes an item that looks and functions like new but without the original packaging. The device is fully functional and has no visible signs of use or damage – you’d think it’s brand new at first glance. It typically includes most original accessories (or equivalents), so you’ll have what you need to operate it. Since the retail box is not included, the item might be repackaged in plain materials for safe shipping. This grade is perfect if you want a product in excellent, “as new” condition and don’t mind the missing box.
Used
This grade indicates a pre-owned item that’s been lightly used and carefully handled. The appliance is fully functional and has been tested to ensure it works perfectly. You may notice minor signs of use – such as small scuffs, faint scratches, or slight wear – but nothing significant that affects performance or aesthetics. All essential parts are present, though some non-critical accessories might be missing in certain cases.
Packaging: Often provided in generic packaging or none at all. The item might be repackaged in a plain box or bubble wrap for shipping, since the original box and inserts are usually not available. Despite some cosmetic wear, a gently used product offers reliable operation and is a budget-friendly option.
